All orders shall be despatched within 2 business days after payment is received.
All shipping is through Australia Post. Delivery charges apply to all parcels over 1kg and are subject to change. These charges are calculated by the weight of the total package.
Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery. Delivery times will depend on Australia Post. Other delivery methods such as Express Post or Courier may be arranged by contacting us prior to payment. All extra delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer and shall be added to the invoice. We do not guarantee that other delivery methods will be available at time of purchase.

In the case of an incorrectly supplied item or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours and we shall rectify the problem as soon as possible. All packaging etc must be returned to us.
